What’s the difference between Archival and Everyday Quality Art Prints and why are they different Prices?
- Archival prints are higher quality, thicker, and more durable while Everyday Matte prints are lighter-weight, thinner, and less durable but keep the prints affordable.

What is your return policy?
- As a teeny-tiny, super-duper new business, Miss Gender doesn’t currently accept returns, refunds, or exchanges (but we hope to scale up to that in the future!)

- Even though we don’t currently have the spoons for returns/exchanges, you can email hello@missgenderstudio.com if you have any issues, and we would be happy to work with you to come up with a solution :)
Why don’t you ship outside the US?
- As a super-small, new business, Miss Gender is starting small by only shipping within the US. When we grow a little more and get the hang of this whole e-commerce thing, we will start to ship outside the US and internationally!!
- If you live outside the US and still want to support and engage with Miss Gender, consider signing up for the mail list or following Kat on social media to hear about when we scale up our shipping options!
Where do you print your products?
Kat (Miss Gender) currently prints all their products at-home in Southern Connecticut
How do I care for my purchase?
Great question! All the answers can be found in the Product Care Guide !
How do you price your products?
As a brand-new business, we are honestly still figuring this out, but the basic math looks like:
paying myself a living wage for the time spent creating each product
+ paying myself a living wage for the time spent editing and printing each product
+ materials used
+ sales tax
Do you use AI?
NO! Everything is thought-up, created, edited, and turned into products by Kat’s mind and human hands.
Do you do Commissions?

What kind of packaging do you use?
Depending on what you order we use bubble mailers, rigid mailers, and “sticker mail” (which is basically a smaller envelope). Within the packaging, all products are protected in sleeves or smaller envelopes.
Something went wrong with my order, what do I do?
First of all, I’m so sorry to hear that! We do our best to make sure every order is created, packaged, and sent out with care, but unfortunately, shit happens sometimes (*sigh*). Please feel free to contact Kat at hello@missgenderstudio.com and we would be happy to come up with a solution :)
